Its this time of year again. yaaay increments...! huhu i hope so lah. last year it was a bit easier...you just get called in into the boss office. then he go bla bla bla...you're good...just change a bit here and there. then voila! u get ur increment...easy eh??
This year they decided to change it...the company is growing..no of ppl going up or probably stagnant for now.hhaha. i have to rate myself...which im really suck at! how do you evaluate youself? well i can see me as exceptionally good! or if i have a very low self esteem...i'll go for need improvement. or to play it safe...i'll go for all meets expectation..hahhaa.seriously im not good in selling myself. else i wont be a programmer who talks to herself in solving the problems. hahaha.crazy!
anyway...thats the update..I guess i choose to be the 1st guinea pig tomorrow(unless someone else beat me to it)...better be the 1st 1 rather than the last? erk...if its bad...this going to affect my day which i hope not...have a good rest...good night!

how was your re rate? a success? baru td appraisal. it was ok i guess. but appraisal nie x menjamin increment...isk isk isk. its more like to see urself..to betulkan diri.
