hmmm...Medical checkup result...cholestrol level is >5.2...lagi truk from last year. trus pegi beli oats. hahaha. last night keluar dinner with dad pon...risau juga nak makan. end up mkn mushroom soup yg yummy! then..daddy bagi dia nyer chicken fajitas. i think..from now on...kena control fast food lah. hope i can. I'm confident that fast food is the biggest culprit.ngeh ngeh ngeh.

hmm...tommorow family Mr Teddy datang...persiapan...oklah... rumah jer x hbs lagi..luar dah siap...dlm rumah blum. was thinking nk kuar nie...nk cari tudung =P. x der tudung utk baju tuh.
harap esok will go smoothly...amin.

td pon...Mr teddy's mom berckp ngan my mum. hehehhe...tu MrTeddy tgh sebuk menyiapkan bekas cincin dia.=)...can't wait for tomorrow....tp risau gak kekalutan yg bakal melanda...
